Terms of Service

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Watermark Eraser. By using the tool you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What the service is

This site provides a tool that removes the visible corner watermark applied by Google Gemini to images it generates. The processing runs in your browser; we do not receive, host, or process your files.

The service is provided free of charge, without an account, and without a usage quota.

Your responsibilities

You may use this tool only on images you created yourself, or content you otherwise hold the rights to modify. By using it you confirm that this is the case.

You are responsible for what you process and for what you do with the results. Detailed rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every image will be processed successfully, that results will be free of visible traces, or that the site will be available without interruption.

In particular, the quality of the result depends on the file you supply. Images that have been screenshotted, resized, cropped, or re-saved may not be recognised, or may retain a visible trace. The tool shows you a magnified before-and-after so you can judge each result yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including loss of data or of image quality. Because processing happens on your device and your original files are never modified, keeping your originals is entirely within your control — and we recommend it.

Intellectual property

We claim no rights over any image you process. It is yours, before and after.

We are an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google, Google DeepMind, or Gemini. "Gemini", "Google", and "Nano Banana" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.

The watermark removal engine is third-party open-source software used under the MIT licence; attribution is on our Licences page.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of this page will change when they are. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Since there are no accounts and nothing is stored, discontinuation would not put any of your data at risk.
